The plant manager was very helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me understand the process. I haven't had any parts that are a good fit for MIM but if I do this will be the first place I go.

    Excellent place to work. The benefits of ESOP are tough to challenge. Other companies can try and offer higher wages but the benefits of bonuses based off of profit, a retirement plan (not even including 401k), and a better work environment make it better to work for.
